Ik speel saxofoon in een orkest en ieder jaar organiseren we voor de muziekvereniging een fondsenwerving weekend met allerlei activiteiten. Ik ben vrijwilliger in de organisatie. Eén onderdeel is een kinderspelletjes middag met een parcours met diverse spellen.
Ieder jaar bedenk ik een knutselproject.
Dit jaar konden de kinderen een spekkie-snoep ijsje maken.
Heel makkelijk om te maken. Ook leuk als traktatie op school.
Ik kocht ijshoorntjes, verschillende soorten klein snoep en spekkies. En natuurlijk een papierenparapluutje, want dat maakt het helemaal af.
In het hoorntje stop je eerst wat snoep en daar bovenop de spekkies. Paraplu er in en klaar is de traktatie.
Het was een succes afgelopen zaterdag. In totaal werden meer dan 60 ijsjes gemaakt. Sommige werden netjes verpakt en meegenomen. Anderen werden direct opgepeuzeld.
Mmmmm, het ging er in als koek...

I play saxophone in a band and every year we organize a fundraising weekend with all kind of activities. I volunteer in the organization of the event. One part is a children's games-afternoon with all kind of games. Every year I think up a craft project.
This year the children were able to make a marshmallow-candy ice cream.
Very easy to make.
I bought ice cream cones, assorted small candies and marshmallows. And of course a paper-umbrella, that is the finishing touch.
In the cone you put small candy and on top the marshmallows. Ad the umbrella and it is finished.
It was a succes. More than 60 icecones were made last saturday.
